Returns Policy

We strongly advise our customers to correctly size the items before ordering; please make use of our sizing page for guidance. If you are unsure about sizing the correct system for your requirements please contact your preferred contractor/installer from the list on the website.

You have 5 working days from receipt of the delivery to inspect the items and confirm it is what you have ordered. If it is not, please contact Tecsareco at info@tcl.co.za and we will collect the item from you, alternatively, you may also request the correctly ordered item be delivered to you. Should only a return be requested a full refund will be made to you per Tecsareco’s refund policy.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging and unused with all manuals and boxed items included. Once used the item is considered second-hand and except for faults resulting from faulty manufacturing cannot be returned. Except for returns due to factory faults, the risk and costs of returns are at the purchaser’s expense. We will require proof of purchase from you to process the return and refund.
